I will then contact you personally by email to gather whatever information is needed before I begin. Your completed rite, reading, photographs and written materials will follow digitally within the stated preparation period.

Ceridwen's Turning

There are times when you know you cannot remain as you were, but you do not yet know what you are becoming. 

A role may no longer fit. A pattern may have run its course. A chapter may be ending by choice or circumstance, while the next shape of things remains uncertain.

Ceridwen’s Turning is a personalised Welsh rite for that in-between: for releasing what has become too small, too heavy or no longer true, and meeting change without demanding that the future already be clear.

This is not a rite for instant reinvention. It is for the active middle of transformation.

Ceridwen, Gwion Bach and the Changing Forms

The Welsh story at the heart of this rite is the tale of Ceridwen, Gwion Bach and Taliesin.

Ceridwen prepares a cauldron for a year and a day. Its first three drops are intended to bring extraordinary inspiration and knowledge, but they fall instead upon Gwion Bach.

What follows is not a simple blessing.

Gwion flees. Ceridwen pursues him. Again and again they change form: hare and greyhound, fish and otter, bird and hawk, grain and hen.

The story does not move neatly from one fixed state into another. It moves through transformation itself.

That is the thread carried into Ceridwen’s Turning.

Sometimes the most important thing is not knowing the final shape; it is recognising that the old one can no longer hold.

The Working

I prepare each Ceridwen’s Turning rite around the change you are moving through and what you are ready to release.

For one person, that may mean leaving behind a repeated pattern. For another, it may involve changes in work, relationships, home, identity or direction. Sometimes the transition has already happened outwardly while the inner adjustment is still unfolding.

The work is shaped around three things: what is ending, what still deserves to be carried forward, and what may now be allowed to change.

Ceridwen is honoured within the rite through the story that gives the work its shape.

The purpose is not to erase what came before, but to help you move through the point where one form is giving way to another.

Ceridwen’s Turning — Standard Rite

The Standard Rite is best suited when you have a reasonably clear sense of the transition, pattern or role you want to work with.

Standard includes:

• a short private consultation by email;
• a personalised Ceridwen’s Turning rite;
• an offering made in acknowledgement of Ceridwen;
• a photographic record of the completed work;
• a written account of the rite and its symbolism;
• a personalised reflective practice for release and transition;
• a Companion Guide exploring Ceridwen, Gwion Bach, Taliesin and the changing forms within the story.

The Standard Rite is complete in itself.

Ceridwen’s Turning — Deluxe Rite: The Next Shape

The Deluxe Rite is intended for deeper or more complicated periods of transformation, particularly where loss, uncertainty, repeated patterns or questions of identity have become intertwined.

Deluxe includes everything in Standard, plus:

• an extended personal consultation;
• a separate preliminary clearing and release rite;
• an expanded personalised main working;
• a more detailed written account;
• an expanded Companion Guide;
• additional reflection and journalling material around release, readiness and becoming;
• a personalised integration practice for the period after the rite;
• one follow-up message after you have had time to sit with the work.

Choose Deluxe when the change reaches beyond one immediate situation and feels more like a wider shift in who you are becoming.

Meeting the Turning

Change does not always arrive with certainty.

Sometimes the first clear thing is simply that you cannot keep carrying something in the same way.

Ceridwen’s story does not ask us to pretend we know the final form in advance. It gives us transformation as movement: one shape giving way, another appearing, and the journey itself changing what comes next.

You do not need to know exactly who you will be on the other side.

You need only enough willingness to recognise what has ended, what remains worth carrying, and what you are ready to let become different.

Before You Order

Ceridwen’s Turning is a personalised digital spiritual service for adults aged 18 and over. No physical item will be shipped.

After ordering, I will contact you using the email address provided at checkout. You can tell me about the transition or pattern you want the rite to address and anything you feel is important for me to understand before I prepare the work.

Once I have the information needed to begin, please allow 1–3 weeks for preparation and completion. Your ritual photographs and written materials will then be delivered digitally.

The rite is offered for spiritual practice, reflection and personal change. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or other appropriate professional support where that is needed.
