Refund policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All personalised offerings are prepared individually and require time to plan, perform, interpret, or write. This policy explains when an order may be cancelled, when a refund may be available, and the additional rights that apply to consumers where required by law.
Cancellations
If you change your mind, please contact me as soon as possible at elowenspells@gmail.com, including your order details.
For personalised services, preparation may begin after I have contacted you and received the information needed to begin your work.
Where applicable consumer law provides you with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right is not affected by any shorter voluntary cancellation period described by this policy.
Once work has begun
Because rites, readings, consultations, and other personalised services are prepared specifically for you, work that has already been undertaken cannot simply be returned or resold.
If you ask me to begin providing a service during a statutory withdrawal period and subsequently exercise a legal right to withdraw before the service has been fully performed, you may be responsible for a proportionate amount reflecting the work already provided, where permitted by applicable law.
Completed personalised work
Once a personalised service has been fully performed, refunds are not normally available simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if the service or digital material supplied is faulty, materially different from what was agreed, or otherwise not supplied in accordance with applicable consumer law.
If there is a problem with anything you receive, please contact me so that I can investigate and, where appropriate, correct the issue or provide another remedy.
Delivery problems
If your completed work has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact me at elowenspells@gmail.com.
Please also check your spam or junk folder, particularly where photographs or PDF documents are being delivered by email.
If an email or digital file cannot be delivered successfully, I will work with you to arrange another suitable method of digital delivery.
EU/EEA consumers
Consumers purchasing online within the EU/EEA generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to exceptions and conditions.
If you expressly request that I begin providing a personalised service before the end of this withdrawal period, your withdrawal rights may be affected once performance has begun and when the service has been fully performed, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
If you would like me to begin preparing your personalised service before the end of an applicable statutory withdrawal period, I will ask you to expressly request this before work begins. Where required, I will also ask you to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will end once the service has been fully performed.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Refund processing
Where a refund is legally due or otherwise agreed, it will be returned using the original payment method wherever possible and within the timeframe required by applicable law.
