These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through ElowenSpells.com and to the use of this website.

Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

1. About These Terms

ElowenSpells is an independent practice based in Denmark, offering personalised spiritual and reflective services, readings, guides, digital materials, and related products inspired by Welsh folklore, landscape, and tradition.

Full trader and contact information is provided in Section 25.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to purchases made by consumers through ElowenSpells.com.

Individual product or service pages may contain additional information concerning what is included, personalisation, processing time, delivery, or other conditions specific to that offering. That information forms part of the agreement between you and ElowenSpells.

If a product-specific term conflicts with these Terms, mandatory consumer law will apply and, where legally permissible, the more specific product term will take precedence.

3. Products and Services

ElowenSpells may offer:

• personalised spiritual or reflective services and rites;

• tarot, divination, or other reflective readings;

• personalised written materials and companion guides;

• downloadable digital guides and other digital content;

• consultations; and

• physical products where specifically stated.

The exact content of an offering, what the customer will receive, any personalisation available, and any conditions specific to that offering will be described on the relevant product page.

Photographs and illustrations are intended to represent products and services as accurately as reasonably possible. Natural materials, handmade items, ritual arrangements, and other individually prepared work may vary from photographs shown on the website.

4. Nature of Spiritual and Reflective Services

The spiritual, ritual, divinatory, folkloric, and reflective services and materials offered through ElowenSpells are intended for personal reflection and spiritual practice.

Experiences of spiritual practice are personal and subjective. ElowenSpells does not guarantee that a rite, reading, consultation, guide, or other offering will produce a particular spiritual, emotional, financial, professional, relationship, health, or other external outcome.

Readings and reflective materials offer interpretation and perspective rather than certainty about future events.

Nothing offered through ElowenSpells constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Where professional advice or assistance is required, customers should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services from ElowenSpells.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally entitled to use the payment method selected.

6. Placing an Order

Products and services available for purchase are described on their respective product pages.

Before placing an order, you will have an opportunity to review the products or services selected and the total price payable.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product or service.

After an order is placed, you will receive an electronic confirmation. Where ElowenSpells is unable to accept an order, you will be informed and any payment already collected for that order will be refunded.

ElowenSpells may decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where an offering cannot reasonably or safely be provided, where required information has not been supplied, where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, or where fulfilling the order would violate applicable law or these Terms.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store at the time of purchase.

The total price payable will be shown before the customer submits the order.

Where a customer's location gives rise to taxes, duties, import charges, or similar amounts collected by a payment provider, platform, customs authority, or other competent authority, these may be handled separately where applicable.

Payment is processed using the payment methods made available at checkout.

ElowenSpells does not directly receive or store complete payment-card details where payment is processed by a third-party payment provider.

8. Personalisation and Customer Information

Some offerings require information from the customer before the work can begin.

The relevant product page will explain what information is required.

The customer is responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and sufficient for the requested work. ElowenSpells may contact the customer for clarification where necessary.

Where information or personalisation is required from the customer, the three-week processing period begins once the information reasonably necessary to prepare the order has been received.

Personal information supplied for an order is handled in accordance with the ElowenSpells Privacy Policy.

9. Processing and Delivery of Services

Personalised services are individually prepared and are not necessarily performed immediately after purchase.

Unless a different timeframe is expressly stated on the relevant product page, personalised orders have a processing period of up to three weeks.

Where information or personalisation is required from the customer before work can begin, the processing period begins once the information reasonably necessary to prepare the order has been received.

The three-week processing period allows time for the individual preparation of the work and, where relevant, appropriate seasonal, lunar, or other timing connected with the nature of the service. An order may be completed earlier within this period.

Any written materials, photographs, readings, companion guides, or other deliverables included with a service will be delivered in the manner described on the relevant product page, normally electronically to the email address provided with the order unless otherwise stated.

If an unexpected circumstance is likely to cause delivery beyond the stated processing period, ElowenSpells will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Digital Content

Digital products may include guides, workbooks, PDFs, readings, photographs, or other electronically supplied materials.

The relevant product page will state whether digital content is:

• supplied immediately after purchase;

• prepared individually and supplied within the applicable processing period; or

• included as part of another service.

Digital content is supplied for the customer's personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where a customer requests or expressly agrees to the immediate supply of digital content during the statutory withdrawal period, any effect this has on the customer's right of withdrawal will be explained and the customer's express consent and acknowledgement obtained where required by law.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to the exceptions and conditions provided by applicable law.

For services, the withdrawal period normally begins when the contract is concluded.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal period normally begins when the contract is concluded, subject to the rules concerning commencement of digital delivery with the customer's express consent.

For physical goods, where applicable, the withdrawal period normally begins when the customer receives the goods.

To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly inform ElowenSpells of the decision to withdraw before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

No particular wording is required, provided the customer's decision to withdraw is clear.

A statutory model withdrawal form is also made available separately where required by law.

12. Services Begun During the Withdrawal Period

Because personalised orders have a processing period of up to three weeks, preparation of an order may need to begin before the 14-day statutory withdrawal period has expired.

A customer may expressly request that a service begin before the withdrawal period has expired.

Where the customer makes such a request and subsequently exercises a valid right of withdrawal before the service has been fully performed, the customer may be required, where permitted by applicable law, to pay a proportionate amount for the part of the service already supplied.

Where a service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period following the customer's prior express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease where the requirements of applicable law have been satisfied.

Agreement to these general Terms alone does not constitute any separate express request or consent required by law for early performance.

Where such consent is required, it will be requested separately during the ordering process.

13. Digital Content Supplied During the Withdrawal Period

Where digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium is to be supplied before the statutory withdrawal period expires, ElowenSpells will obtain the customer's express prior consent to begin supply and, where required, the customer's acknowledgement that beginning supply will result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.

Agreement to these general Terms alone does not constitute that consent.

Where the legally required consent or acknowledgement has not been obtained, the customer's statutory rights remain unaffected.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

Nothing in this section limits a customer's statutory rights.

Where a customer validly exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, any refund due will be made in accordance with applicable law and normally using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Where ElowenSpells cancels an order before providing the purchased product or service, amounts paid for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded.

For personalised work that has already begun at the customer's express request during the statutory withdrawal period, any amount payable or refundable will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules concerning partially performed services.

15. Physical Products

Where ElowenSpells offers physical products, the relevant product page will identify the product as physical and provide applicable processing and delivery information.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before the order is placed.

Any estimated delivery date or period will be stated during the purchasing process or on the relevant product page.

Customers retain all mandatory rights concerning delayed delivery, defective or non-conforming goods, and statutory withdrawal.

Where a customer exercises a right of withdrawal from a physical-product purchase, information concerning return arrangements and responsibility for return costs will be provided in accordance with applicable law and the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

16. Problems, Defects, and Complaints

If a product, digital item, or service is missing, defective, materially different from what was agreed, or has otherwise not been supplied in conformity with the contract, please contact:

Customers retain all mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms replaces, shortens, or excludes a statutory complaint, conformity, warranty, or similar consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, original photographs, illustrations, guides, readings, written materials, product descriptions, branding, and other original content made available through ElowenSpells are owned by or licensed to ElowenSpells and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Purchasing a product or service does not transfer ownership of the intellectual-property rights in that material.

Digital guides, readings, companion materials, photographs, and other supplied content are licensed to the customer for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers may not reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, commercially exploit, or make substantial portions of such material publicly available without prior permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

18. Website Use

You may use ElowenSpells.com for lawful personal purposes.

You must not knowingly:

• interfere with the operation or security of the website;

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;

• use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;

• upload or transmit malicious software;

• infringe the rights of ElowenSpells or another person; or

• use website content commercially without permission where such use is not otherwise permitted by law.

Reasonable automated access by ordinary search engines and services necessary for the functioning and discoverability of the website is not prohibited by this section.

19. Third-Party Services

ElowenSpells.com is hosted using Shopify.

Payment processing, website functionality, email delivery, analytics, or other aspects of the store may involve third-party service providers.

Those providers may process personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Links to third-party websites may occasionally be provided for information or convenience. ElowenSpells is not responsible for the content, availability, or independent practices of third-party websites.

20. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with the ElowenSpells Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, why it is processed, how long it may be retained, which service providers may receive it, and the rights available to individuals under applicable data-protection law.

21. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, nor do these Terms exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer right.

Subject to those rights, ElowenSpells is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

ElowenSpells does not accept responsibility for a customer's personal decisions made solely on the basis of spiritual, divinatory, folkloric, or reflective material where the relevant product or service was supplied as described.

The limitations in this section do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

22. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the store, its products and services, or applicable legal requirements.

The version applicable to an order is the version made available to the customer when that order is placed, unless a subsequent change is required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.

The current version and its last-updated date will remain available on this page.

23. Governing Law and International Customers

These Terms and contracts entered into through ElowenSpells are governed by Danish law.

If you are a consumer residing outside Denmark, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you and that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict a consumer's right to seek a remedy through a court, authority, alternative dispute-resolution body, or other mechanism available under applicable mandatory law.

24. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Where a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, statutory or recognised consumer complaint and alternative dispute-resolution procedures may be available depending on the customer's location and whether the dispute satisfies the applicable requirements.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any right to bring a matter before a competent court or authority.
