What happens after you order

You will receive Your Rite Begins Here immediately after purchase, a short digital welcome guide explaining what happens next and how your personalised work is prepared.

I will then contact you personally by email to understand what is coming to an end, what you have built or carried through that period, and what you most want the rite to acknowledge.

Your completed rite, photographs and written materials will follow digitally within the stated preparation period.

When something important is complete

Not every ending is a loss.

Sometimes a role has simply reached its natural conclusion. A project is finished. A career closes. A body of work is complete. Responsibility passes to someone else.

There may still be emotion in that ending, but the central question is not always How do I let go?

What did this become, and what do I want to leave behind from it?

The Keeper’s Gift is a personalised rite for marking completion with care and recognising what continues beyond it.

This rite may suit you if

• you are stepping down from leadership or handing responsibility to someone else;

What is finished
The rite then turns towards what can now be allowed to end.

Not abandoned or erased, but finished.

There can be relief in recognising that something has fulfilled its purpose and does not need to be endlessly extended simply because it once mattered.

What is passed on
Finally, attention turns to what continues.

That may be knowledge, craft, methods, stories, records, responsibility, encouragement, a practical object, a way of working, or a lesson that someone else may carry differently from you.

Not everything needs an heir.

But where something does deserve to continue, the rite gives that transmission deliberate form.

Standard — The Keeper’s Gift

The Standard Rite is best suited when one principal chapter, role, project or body of work is coming to completion.

It includes:

• personal consultation by email;
• a complete personalised Welsh rite centred on completion and legacy;
• work shaped around what was made, what is finished and what is being passed forward;
• photographs of the completed working;
• a written account of the rite and its symbolism;
• a personalised reflection for identifying what you want to carry onward and what can remain complete.

Deluxe — The Quiet Legacy

The Deluxe Rite is intended for endings that carry more history, responsibility or complexity.

It may suit you if you are retiring after many years, closing a long-running business or project, stepping away from leadership, completing a major creative period, or deliberately preparing knowledge or responsibility for others.

It includes everything in Standard, plus:

• an extended personal consultation;
• a separate preparatory cleansing and settling rite;
• expanded personalised ritual work;
• a more detailed written account;
• a personalised Companion Guide exploring completion, inheritance, memory and transmission;
• tailored reflective work around what should continue, what should change, and what can end here;
• space to consider the people, places or work that may receive what you pass on;
• one follow-up exchange after you have had time to sit with the completed rite.

Choose Deluxe when the question is not only What am I finishing? but What do I want this work to become once it is no longer mine to carry?

Completion is not disappearance

Something can end and still remain part of the world.

A skill may live in someone you taught.
A project may continue to be used after you stop maintaining it.
A story may be remembered differently by the next person who tells it.
A finished body of work does not need to keep growing in order to have mattered.

There is dignity in knowing when something has become complete.

The Keeper’s Gift is a personalised digital spiritual service for adults aged 18 and over. No physical item will be shipped.

Please allow 1–3 weeks once I have the information needed to begin. Your completed photographs and written materials will be delivered digitally.

This rite is intended for spiritual practice, reflection and personal marking of completion. It does not guarantee how your work will be remembered, whether another person will carry something forward, or what form any future legacy may take.

If your situation involves legal succession, estate planning, business transfer, intellectual property, employment or financial arrangements, those practical matters should be handled separately through the appropriate professional channels.
