What happens after you order

You will receive Your Rite Begins Here immediately after purchase, a short digital welcome guide explaining what happens next and how your personalised work is prepared. I will then contact you personally by email to learn what kind of pressure you are facing, what tends to unsettle you within it, and what you most want to remain able to hold onto.

I will prepare the rite individually around those circumstances. Your completed photographs, written account and personal materials will follow digitally within the stated preparation period.

When how you carry yourself matters

The Bearing of Rhiannon is a personalised rite for situations where you feel watched, judged, challenged or emotionally exposed and want to remain more fully yourself within them.

It may suit a difficult meeting, family gathering, public-facing responsibility, return to a place associated with embarrassment or criticism, or a longer period in which the reactions of others have begun to affect how freely you occupy space.

This is not about appearing untouched.

It is about keeping your dignity, voice and sense of self within reach when the room becomes difficult.

This rite may suit you if

You may be drawn to this work if pressure makes you over-explain, retreat, appease, become sharper than you intended, or lose confidence in a position you normally understand clearly.

It can also suit you if you are returning to a challenging environment and want support for carrying yourself differently this time.

The rite is not intended to make others approve of you or to control how they respond.

Its focus is your bearing within the situation.

Rhiannon and public judgement

Rhiannon's story in the First Branch of the Mabinogi gives this rite its ground.

After the disappearance of her son, she is falsely accused of killing him and subjected to a humiliating public penance. Eventually the child is returned, the truth is known, and the punishment ends.

Her story does not make hardship beautiful. What it does give us is a figure who remains more than the judgement placed upon her.

That is the part of Rhiannon's road this rite approaches: dignity, presence and self-possession when other people are forming an account of you that you cannot fully control.

The Working

Before preparing the rite, I begin with the situation you are entering or already moving through.

We may consider what tends to happen when the pressure rises and what you want greater access to instead: your voice, restraint, confidence, physical ease, boundaries, humour, or simply the ability to stay present.

Rhiannon is honoured and invited with respect.

The working is then shaped around bearing: the relationship between the position you hold inwardly and the way you are able to inhabit it outwardly.

The exact materials and form of the rite are chosen according to your circumstances rather than from a fixed formula.

Standard — The Bearing of Rhiannon

The Standard Rite is best suited when there is one principal situation or period of pressure you want the work to support.

It includes:

  • personal consultation by email before preparation begins;
  • a personalised Rhiannon rite shaped around your circumstances;
  • an offering to Rhiannon;
  • ritual work centred on dignity, bearing and self-possession under pressure;
  • photographs of the completed rite;
  • a written account of the working and symbolism used;
  • a personalised practice for returning to your centre before or during demanding situations;
  • a Welsh-and-English closing reflection.

Standard may suit a difficult meeting, family event, public-facing responsibility, return to a challenging environment, or another situation where you want support for remaining present without being governed by the atmosphere around you.

Deluxe — The Queen's Bearing

The Deluxe Rite is intended for pressure that has begun to affect how freely you occupy space around other people.

It includes everything in Standard, plus:

  • an extended personal consultation;
  • a separate preparatory cleansing and settling working;
  • expanded personalisation around the history and emotional weight of the circumstances;
  • a more detailed written account;
  • an expanded Companion Guide exploring Rhiannon, public judgement, dignity and visibility;
  • a personalised Welsh-and-English prayer or invocation to Rhiannon;
  • a tailored preparation practice for situations where you expect to feel exposed or challenged;
  • reflective work around shame, anger, self-consciousness and visibility;
  • one follow-up exchange after you have had time to work with the rite.

Choose Deluxe when the issue is no longer one difficult event, but a pattern that has begun to change how you enter the room.

Grace under pressure

Grace does not mean making yourself easy to mistreat. It can mean speaking plainly, leaving when needed, or allowing someone else's judgement to remain theirs. The aim is not to appear unaffected, but to keep your dignity and sense of self within reach when circumstances are difficult.

Before You Order

The Bearing of Rhiannon is a personalised digital spiritual service for adults aged 18 and over. No physical item will be shipped.

Please allow 1–3 weeks once I have the information needed to begin. I will contact you using the email address supplied with your order, and your completed photographs and written materials will be delivered digitally afterwards.

This rite can accompany workplace, family, relational or social pressure, but it does not replace practical safeguarding, legal advice, workplace procedures or other appropriate professional support where those are needed.

Cerdda ag urddas.
Walk with dignity.

May your presence remain your own, your voice remain within reach, and the ground beneath you remain wider than any room in which you are judged.
