What happens after you order

You will receive Your Rite Begins Here immediately after purchase, a short digital welcome guide explaining what happens next and how your personalised work is prepared.

I will then contact you personally by email to learn what currently feels difficult to contain: where your energy tends to surge, scatter or burn out, what you are trying to direct it towards, and what steadier power would look like in your circumstances.

Your completed rite, photographs and written materials will follow digitally within the stated preparation period.

When there is plenty of power, but nowhere for it to settle

Not every problem begins with too little energy.

Sometimes there is too much of it.

Ideas arrive faster than they can be shaped. Anger sharpens everything at once. Motivation comes in fierce bursts and disappears just as quickly. A project matters deeply, but attention keeps splintering. You know you are capable of movement, but the force behind it is difficult to hold.

Storm at Rest is a personalised rite for gathering that intensity rather than extinguishing it.

Its purpose is not to make you quieter, less ambitious or less passionate. It is to help strong energy become usable: something that can be directed, sustained and brought into form without having to remain at full force all the time.

You may be drawn to this work if:

  • you move between intense motivation and exhaustion;
  • you have several strong ideas competing for attention;
  • emotion gives you energy but can also make clear action harder;
  • creative work tends to happen in bursts rather than through a sustainable rhythm;
  • you are carrying considerable drive, responsibility or ambition and want greater control over where it goes;
  • you want to remain powerful without remaining constantly activated;
  • you need focus that does not require suppressing the intensity that makes you effective.

This can be creative energy, professional drive, emotional force, spiritual intensity, or simply the feeling that there is more charge inside you than your present circumstances know what to do with.

The Working

Before I prepare the rite, we begin with the form your intensity takes.

For one person, that may be a rush of ideas followed by difficulty finishing anything. For another, it may be anger that contains useful information but overwhelms judgement. Someone else may simply work at full force until there is nothing left.

The rite centres on three movements.

Gathering
We identify where your energy is currently dispersing, competing with itself or being spent before it can become useful.

Holding
The work creates a deliberate point of containment: not suppression, but enough steadiness for intensity to remain present without immediately demanding action.

Directing
Finally, attention turns towards what deserves the power you have gathered. A project. A decision. A responsibility. A period of sustained work. Something specific enough to receive what you are carrying.

Water, weather and the changing Welsh landscape may inform the imagery of the working where they suit your circumstances: motion gathering, settling and moving again without ceasing to be powerful.

Standard — Storm at Rest

The Standard Rite is best suited when you can identify one area in which strong energy has become difficult to direct or sustain.

It includes:

  • personal consultation by email;
  • a complete personalised Welsh rite shaped around your circumstances;
  • work centred on gathering, containing and directing your energy;
  • photographs of the completed working;
  • a written account of the rite and its symbolism;
  • a personalised continuing practice for returning to steadier focus afterwards.

Deluxe — The Lightning Within

The Deluxe Rite is intended for more established patterns: repeated creative surges and crashes, several competing ambitions, chronic overextension, or circumstances where intensity affects more than one part of your life.

It includes everything in Standard, plus:

  • an extended personal consultation;
  • a separate preparatory cleansing and grounding rite;
  • expanded personalised ritual work;
  • a more detailed written account;
  • a personalised Companion Guide exploring how your energy rises, where it is lost, and what helps it become sustainable;
  • tailored practices for creative focus, emotional intensity and deliberate recovery;
  • one follow-up exchange after you have had time to work with the material.

Choose Deluxe when the question is not simply Where should this energy go? but How do I learn to carry this much energy differently?

Power does not have to remain at full volume

A storm may be powerful while it moves.

Power can also exist in what has gathered and has not yet been spent.

There are times to create quickly, speak strongly and move with force. There are others when the more useful act is to hold what is building until it has somewhere worth going.

Storm at Rest is for learning the difference without asking you to become less than you are.

Before You Order

Boed nerth yn llonydd nes daw ei amser.
May strength be still until its time comes.

May what is powerful within you find somewhere worthy to go, and may stillness become part of that power rather than its absence.
