I will then contact you personally by email to understand what has felt dim, heavy or depleted, what you want to feel returning, and whether your concern is mainly confidence, motivation, joy, vitality, or a broader sense of reconnecting with life.

Your completed rite, photographs and written materials will follow digitally within the stated preparation period.

The Deluxe Rite is intended for longer periods of depletion or situations where several parts of life have become flat at once.

It includes everything in Standard, plus:

• an extended personal consultation;
• a separate preparatory cleansing and grounding rite;
• expanded personalised ritual work;
• a more detailed written account;
• a personalised Companion Guide exploring where your vitality has been lost, what helps restore it, and how to sustain renewed momentum;
• tailored practices for confidence, joy, motivation and gentle re-engagement;
• one follow-up exchange after you have had time to work with the material.
