Each remembers a world older than the last, yet none knows where Mabon is held.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eEventually the Salmon of Llyn Llyw carries Cei and Bedwyr towards the place where Mabon's voice can be heard from his imprisonment.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eHe is found, and he is freed.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe initiation takes its shape from that movement.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eMabon is not treated here as a convenient Welsh god of generic rebirth or sunlight.
